姑娘不太愛吃甜點,但甜湯.甜品就粉愛了~
So湯圓.豆花都呷意呦^  ^=
 
晚上下課後,天氣有點濕冷,就來去粗.燒豆花,
起因.在嘉市文化路的"羅老爹"豆花,遇到一名觀光客;
>>>一個日本觀光客,中文不懂,英文懂少少;
只好比手劃腳的點餐了:-P
 
一個日本少女坐在我旁邊吃豆花,拿相機猛拍豆花;
由於她英文不是很好,故無法交流&介紹這豆花的內容物.
 
揮別這次的偶遇,CHECK了豆花的英文,也詢問了老師;
有很多種說法,但大概整理一下和大家分享剌: )
 
賣豆花的妹妹問她(冰.冷熱的豆花選擇.):Hot or Ice??(她有點不懂@@)
詢問咱英文老師,這說法對嗎?~她說:可以的!
 
但也有人回:Cold or Hot!(我想應該也適用.)
若有外來客聽不懂的,就再換這說法吧!
 
以下是豆花的種類與普遍說法......

1-Bean curd in syrup

2-Soy bean curd in syrup

3-Bean Curd Custard

4-Soy Custard

5-Soy pudding.

6-Soy Bean Jelly

7-floating tofu.

8-"Tofu pudding" seemed to be the most used.(最常用)

粉圓和珍珠在台灣吃來,只是大小顆與口感的問題;

其實是一樣的東西,但珍珠比較大顆,SO~2.3比較適用囉~

Tofu Pudding(美國有販售的標示語)

Douhua (Chinese: 豆花) is a Chinese dessert made with very soft tofu.

It is also referred to as tofu pudding and soybean pudding.

In Taiwanese cuisine, douhua is served with sweet toppings like cooked peanuts, adzuki beans, cooked oatmeal, tapioca, mung beans, and a syrup flavored with ginger or almond.
